Paul and the team at MuayFit have been hosting an MMA event called MFC (Malaysian Fighting Championship)
This event has given countless locals and travelers alike – the ability to finally put the hard training to the test.
MFC 4 was a particularly nice show. A nicely laid out venue, well looked after staff and fighters, a game and happy crowd (250+) and some great names on show.

Id just like to report how great it is to see a community of happy people, happy fans, happy fighters – all in one venue helping to do good and grow a great sport.
I’m sorry if this all sounds a bit sappy… but MFC was a breathe of fresh air – there were no loud mental drunk Egos, there was no abuse being yelled. MFC 4 was an MMA event for the fans to really get to know, learn and absorb the sport.

(Phuket Top Team) Andrew Leone (from One Fc & Road Fc) wins via first round Rear Naked Choke
(MuayFit) Mark striegl (Legend Fc and Dare Fc) wins via triangle choke from the mount in round 1
(MuayFit/Phuket Top Team) Will Chope (Dare Fc and URCC) wins 2 (yes) 2 fights in the one night – One via Verbal submission from strikes, the second via rear naked choke.
Lachlan Hay (who i believe trains at Evolve in Singapore) wins via a BRUTAL TKO over a tough opponent.
