3 titles are up for grabs, with all of these fights featuring some fantastic showdowns.

[Legend Welterweight Championship]

[Legend Middleweight Championship]

Current Legend FC welterweight champ – The tough and trendy (he models & fights) Korean Bae Myung Ho has an impressive 13-5 record and is currently on a 5 fight winning streak as he looks to defend his title against Wang Sai of China. Wang Sai is 5-3-1 and certainly a tough competitor. Bae will be the stand out favorite to retain his title in this fight, but we can expect a fun and exciting fight.

Current Champion Yusuke Kawanago of Japan has racked up a very impressive 12-3 record. After an impressive showing in Pancrase, Yasuke then moved over to Legend FC and has gone 2-1 (with his one loss being a controversial split decision loss to 10-0 Mark Striegl) His opponent is the Australian Rob Lisita (now fighting out of Thailand via Phuket Top Team) Rob is currently 10-4 as a pro and has gone only recently made the move down to featherweight. Rob won he’s Legends debut, but looked tired from the cut down in weight. Rob is now cutting weight much better. This fight is probably the most closely matched of the 3 title fights on offer.

FSA sat with Rob for a quick chat:

Hows training going ?

“Im having the best training camp for a long time, iv’e got the best guys around me here at Phuket Top Team. I want this title and i wont stop moving forward until iv’e got it”

How do you feel about this match up ?

“Kawango has had a lot of fights go to a decision. I’m not looking to let this go to a decision. We want a win and a Legend Flyweight Title”

You recently moved to fetherweight, is this where you want to remain ?

“Yes i can make flyweight so why not, after this win i will defend the title and show my real skills”

Are you training anything in particular for this title fight?

“I’m training particularly hard. I’m in full training came with Phuket Top Team and i am rolling, sparring, wrestling and working stand up with the best. I’ve got JJ Ambrose, Anthony Leone, Andrew Leone, Brad Terrey and a bunch of top fighters to work with as well as coaches like Prof. Olavo Abreau and Richy Green, who are taking my training to the next level”

Our third title fight of the night is for a vacant Middleweight strap. Hae Jun Yang is 7-3 but is coming off a loss to Vaughan Anderson (16-1) Hae Jun has 6 knockouts from his 7 wins, so we can expect to see Hae Jun throwing some heat against his opponent Liu Wenbo out of China. Liu is a tough 7-5 fighter with good all-round skills. Hae Jun Yang is likely the favorite to win this battle.

the return of Legend FC to Hong Kong will also be a nice.
